Job Duties
- Daily phone contact with management, drivers, and customers.
- Handle any requests, orders, and concerns from customers.
- Monitor the electronic logging device for efficiency and hours of service.
- Routinely route and prioritize deliveries.
- Accurately keep required records.
- Communicate with customers regarding deliveries.
- Other administrative projects and duties as assigned
Requirements
- 3-5 years of dispatching or logistics experience
- Above average interpersonal skills, written, and oral communication.
- Proficient computer skills: typing, scanning, etc.
- Able to focus in a high pace environment
