Dispatcher

We are looking for a Dispatcher to support daily coordination and customer communication for a detail-oriented services team in Hooksett, New Hampshire. This is a long-term contract position ideal for someone who can manage incoming requests, organize service activity efficiently, and provide dependable support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive service calls and requests, gather key details, and prioritize work based on urgency and operational needs.
• Assign and coordinate schedules for field personnel or service resources to ensure timely response and coverage.
• Maintain accurate records in dispatch and service tracking systems, updating job status and important notes as information changes.
• Communicate clearly with customers, internal teams, and technicians to confirm timelines, relay updates, and resolve routine issues.
• Monitor active assignments throughout the day and adjust schedules when delays, cancellations, or urgent requests arise.
• Support call center activities by handling a high volume of inbound communication with efficiency and courtesy.
• Review dispatch information for accuracy and completeness to help ensure smooth service delivery and proper follow-up.

Requirements

• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or coordination within a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to deliver strong customer service while managing multiple requests and competing priorities.
• Background in call center support or high-volume phone-based communication.
• Proficiency using computer-based dispatch, scheduling, or service management systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate logistics accurately and efficiently.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for working with customers and internal teams.
• High attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and dependable in a fast-paced setting.
