Management$67k–$75k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the company? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). They say do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. The posting includes "About The Company" then description, then "We are seeking a Dispatcher..." then "Responsibilities", "Requirements", then "Pay: $67,000-75,000 / annually + bonus". Then "Why Roadway?" etc. Also "Recruiting agencies", "Note:", "Roadway Movers, Inc. is proud to be an equal opportunity employer..." etc. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should drop the EEO statement, the note about not exhaustive, the equal opportunity employer paragraph, the recruiting agencies note, the note about unsolicited resumes, etc. Also drop "About Roadway Culture" maybe? It's not a standard heading but could be considered part of About the company? The instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we can have sections: About the Company (maybe we treat as About the role? Actually they said About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we have About The Company content. Could map to "About the role"? But they said do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. The job title is Dispatcher. So we could have an "About the role" section summarizing the role description. However we have "About The Company" which is separate. The instruction list includes "About the role" as an example heading. It didn't list "About the company". But we could still include a heading if content exists. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests those are examples, not exclusive. We can use other headings if appropriate, but better to follow the pattern. The posting includes "About The Company" and then a description of the role. We could combine into an "About the role" section that includes both company and role description? But they said do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it). So we can have an

About the role

with prose describing the role and company. That seems appropriate. Then Responsibilities section with
  • for each duty. Requirements section with
    • for each requirement. Pay section: we have Pay: $67,000-75,000 / annually + bonus. So we need a Pay section with

containing that info. Schedule: The posting mentions "Ability to work in office 6 days/week during the summer. After the busy season, weekend day will be rotational." That's schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section with that. Benefits: Not explicitly listed besides bonus? There's "Why Roadway?" describing culture, training, etc. Could be considered benefits? But they said only include Benefits if posting actually states them. The posting does not list specific benefits like health insurance, PTO, etc. So we should not create a Benefits section. Skills: Not explicitly listed separate from requirements; we could omit. Qualifications: Could be same as Requirements; but we have Requirements already. Could also have Qualifications but we might not need duplicate. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Pay, Schedule. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all responsibilities, requirements, pay, schedule details. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, note about not exhaustive, recruiting agencies, unsolicited resumes, equal opportunity employer paragraph, "About Roadway Culture" maybe? That is substantive? It describes culture but could be considered part of About the role? Might be considered boilerplate? It's not legal EEO; it's culture description. Could be kept as part of About the role? But we already have About the role; we could incorporate that culture description into About the role prose. However we must not invent or summarize away detail; we can include it as prose. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we should keep the culture description if it's substantive. It's under "About Roadway Culture". That is substantive. So we should include it in About the role section. We also have "Why Roadway?" which is also culture/benefits. That is also substantive. So we can include that as part of About the role or maybe a separate "Why Roadway?" section? But the instruction only gave examples; we could add a heading "Why Roadway?" if we want. But they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could merge Why Roadway? and About Roadway Culture into About the role section. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat. Now craft HTML:

      About the role

Founded in 2008 by Ross Sapir, Roadway Moving was built on the core principles of accountability, kindness, generosity, and dedication. These values drive a culture of excellence, where our people not just our trucks, set us apart in a crowded industry. We believe in investing in both our employees and our clients, fostering an environment rooted in respect, urgency, clear communication, and appreciation. At Roadway, we don’t just move boxes, we move lives, and we do it with a commitment to making the experience remarkable for everyone involved. We are seeking a Dispatcher to join our growing operations team. This role will play a key role in coordinating day-to-day moving operations, assigning crews and trucks, monitoring routes, and ensuring efficient, safe, and on-time performance. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a calm approach under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Roadway would not be where it is today nor continue to grow without the dedication of exceptional people who take ownership of every move and every outcome. Our success is built on accountability, resilience, and respect, lived out daily by teams who care deeply about each other, our clients, and the communities we serve. We move with resilience, adapt quickly, and stay steady when challenges arise, because people trust us with moments that matter. Together we grow and shape what comes next. We care about the people who work here, and we put real effort behind that. That looks like training that actually prepares you, managers who coach instead of just assign, and clear paths to grow. It looks like knowing the people you work with. It looks like being trusted with real work early. We have teams across the United States and internationally, and they get the same version of this company. Same standards, same investment, same care. Where you sit does not change what you get from us. The thing we believe most: how we treat our people shows up in how our customers are treated. That is not a slogan for us, it is how we make decisions. Our employees rate us a 93 on employee Net Promoter Score, our customers rate us between 4.5 and 4.9, and we have been named a Stevie Award Employer of the Year three times, including Gold for Talent Acquisition. We are proud of that, and we know it only stays true if we keep earning it.

      Then Responsibilities:

      Responsibilities

      • Coordinate and dispatch moving teams (drivers, foremen, helpers) for daily and overnight jobs.
      • Analyze scheduled moves and assign the appropriate crews, trucks, and equipment based on qualifications and workload.
      • Monitor active jobs for efficiency, safety, and timely completion.
      • Prepare and review all necessary job documentation (Bill of Lading, contracts, etc.) before dispatch.
      • Maintain accurate records of workforce availability, vehicle usage, and daily activity.
      • Communicate with moving teams throughout the shift to resolve issues, delays, or emergencies.
      • Report and document all incidents, vehicle issues, or safety-related matters in accordance with company policy.
      • Work closely with the Operations, Safety, and Fleet teams to ensure optimal workforce utilization and truck rotation.
      • Assist with booking hotels, roadside assistance, and other travel logistics as needed.
      • Provide daily and weekly reports on manpower, fleet status, and dispatch performance.
      • Uphold Roadway’s customer service standards—always courteous, solution-oriented, and professional.
      • Any other related duties as assigned.
      Requirements:

      Requirements

      • Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience, highly preferrable experience with household goods or transportation/moving industry.
      • Knowledge of DOT state and federal regulations for commercial vehicles.
      • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dispatch management systems.
      • Excellent organizational and analytical skills; able to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
      • Ability to understand operational data and make informed scheduling decisions.
      • Dependable, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
      • Flexibility with schedule and willingness to adapt to business needs.
      • Ability to work in office 6 days/week during the summer. After the busy season, weekend day will be rotational.
But note: the last bullet about schedule is actually schedule info; we might want to move that to Schedule section. However it's also a requirement. The instruction: we should not duplicate. We could keep it in Requirements but also have Schedule section. Might be duplication. Better to separate: keep schedule info in Schedule section, and not duplicate in Requirements. So we remove that bullet from Requirements and put in Schedule. Thus Requirements list without the schedule bullet. Pay section:

      Pay

      $67,000-75,000 annually + bonus

      Schedule section:

      Schedule

Ability to work in office 6 days/week during the summer. After the busy season, weekend day will be rotational.

We should not include any other sections like Benefits, Skills, Qualifications. Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed EEO, note about not exhaustive, recruiting agencies, unsolicited resumes, equal opportunity employer paragraph, etc. We kept all substantive info: company description, role description, culture, why roadway, responsibilities, requirements, pay, schedule. Make sure we didn't miss any responsibility: we have all listed. Check original responsibilities list: - Coordinate and dispatch moving teams (drivers, foremen, helpers) for daily and overnight jobs. - Analyze scheduled moves and assign the appropriate crews, trucks, and equipment based on qualifications and workload. - Monitor active jobs for efficiency, safety, and timely completion. - Prepare and review all necessary job documentation (Bill of Lading, contracts, etc.) before dispatch. - Maintain accurate records of workforce availability, vehicle usage, and daily activity. - Communicate with moving teams throughout the shift to resolve issues, delays, or emergencies. - Report and document all incidents, vehicle issues, or safety-related matters in accordance with company policy. - Work closely with the Operations, Safety, and Fleet teams to ensure optimal workforce utilization and truck rotation. - Assist with booking hotels, roadside assistance, and other travel logistics as needed. - Provide daily and weekly reports on manpower, fleet status, and dispatch performance. - Uphold Roadway’s customer service standards—always courteous, solution-oriented, and professional. - Any other related duties as assigned. All present. Requirements list original: - Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience, highly preferrable experience with household goods or transportation/moving industry. - Knowledge of DOT state and federal regulations
