Join Our Team At Reynolds Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air, dispatching is the center of how our service team operates each day. Every day is different. Calls change. Priorities shift. Technicians need support in real time. Customers need clear communication. And the schedule needs to be actively managed, not just maintained.
Responsibilities
- Actively manage and adjust technician schedules throughout the day to maximize efficiency, revenue goals, and customer service
- Match technician skills to job types while balancing urgency, geography, and availability
- Communicate constantly with field technicians to support job progress, updates, and real-time changes
- Handle high volumes of incoming changes while maintaining accuracy and urgency
- Carefully coordinate with logistics to ensure materials, permits, manpower, and multi-trade coordination are aligned
- Ensure proper job setup and accurate data entry for reporting and scheduling integrity
- Support outbound scheduling efforts and help ensure the board remains full and productive
- Partner closely with Customer Service Representatives and leadership to prioritize urgent needs
- Identify and correct scheduling or job detail errors quickly and accurately
- Take ownership of follow-up tasks and ensure nothing falls through the cracks by end of day
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently manage multiple conversations at once
- A calm, solution-focused mindset in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- A high attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-through skills
- The ability to prioritize quickly and make real-time decisions
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven, high-accountability environment
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM and strong computer navigation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and CRM systems
- Customer service experience in a professional setting (1+ years preferred)
- Dispatching, scheduling, logistics, or trade industry experience is a plus but not required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 5+ years of dispatch experience
- Strong ServiceTitan experience for remote applicants

Pay
Pay: $24-$27 per hour based on experience + weekly profit sharing. Annual earnings: $59,200 - $68,800. Our Dispatchers, on average, make $64,021 a year.
Schedule
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
