We need to produce HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, etc. Also remove application instructions (none). We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's parse content: - The Dispatcher reports to the Regional Logistics Manager. (metadata) - The Dispatcher is responsible for scheduling and transmitting drivers and equipment for transportation of materials, freight, service, or emergency repairs while ensuring that all of his/her efforts are compliant with the company Health, Safety, and Environmental standards at multiple facilities. Duties may include using radio, telephone, or computer to transmit assignments and compile statistics and reports on work progress. This position operates under flexible parameters. The primary goal of this position is to achieve excellence in all facets of the position. Providing the highest quality product safely, effectively and efficiently decreases accidents and errors and increase profits. That's about role/responsibilities. - Required Skills: Environmental and Health & Safety (EH&S) Strictly adheres to all Metals Recycling Business & Auto Parts Business Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. Provides a safe environment for all employees, customers and visitors. Operational Performance & Best Business Practices Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations according to customer requests for pickup, car crushing specifications, or additional needs. Confer with drivers to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment. Relay information to or from the Logistics Manager and other Dispatchers. Organize the road testing requirements for newly hired drivers. Monitor driver electronic logs to ensure DOT compliance. Equipment & Maintenance Monitor equipment locations and utilization to coordinate required maintenance and appropriate transfers. Internal Control Responsibilities Supports the Company's Internal Control process which includes understanding, communicating, and complying with defined internal controls as well as suggesting and making modifications to the policies, procedures, and controls to better relate to the business. Communicates upward problems in operations, noncompliance with the code of conduct, or other policy violations or illegal actions. This position is occasionally exposed to all weather conditions. Physical hazards such as noise, fumes, and dirt are present due to the equipment, machinery, and scrap as would be found throughout the scrap yard. Safety shoes, hardhats, and eye protection must be worn to eliminate the risks associated with these hazards. Travel is not required for this position. Handling multiple issues regarding safety and maintenance increases pressure. Work load may be unpredictable and pressure can be substantial during peak times. Critical deadlines require considerable adaptability. Disturbances of work flow and/or irregularities in work schedule are expected and occur on an intermittent basis. Extra hours may be required, sometimes on weekends, weekdays, and holidays. Physical Activities Required To Perform Essential Functions Ability to: sit, stand, and or walk for up to 6-8 hours per day; occasionally negotiate around and over piles of scrap metal or equipment; crouch or bend at the knees occasionally to increase visibility; stoop or bend at the waist occasionally to increase visibility; reach at arms length frequently or overhead occasionally; twist and turn at the neck and trunk; walk frequently on uneven ground; lift, carry, push and pull over 50 pounds occasionally. Visual acuity required for close inspection of detailed material such as reports, manuals, documents, and computer work. Hearing acuity required for daily communication with customers, drivers, and other employees. Mental dexterity needed as Dispatcher will be required to interaction with others, work independently, and exercise attention to detail continually. Required Experience 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role or continued education in a related field required. Familiarity with DOT regulations and scrap industry preferred. - Then boilerplate: PLEASE NOTE: ... All U.S. applicants must be 18 years of age or older and all Canada applicants must be 16 years of age or older. Radius Recycling participates in e-verify for all U.S. new hires. An offer of U.S. employment by Radius Recycling or any of its subsidiaries is contingent on the satisfactory completion of a post-offer drug screen and background check. All new hires must review and sign an Arbitration Agreement. This applies to all U.S. non-union employees. As an Equal Opportunity Employer, Radius Recycling does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, marital status, disability status, national origin or ancestry, veteran status, age, prior industrial injury, sexual orientation, genetic information, or any other protected status under local, state or federal law. We need to remove EEO/legal boilerplate. Also remove the "PLEASE NOTE:" statements? Those are not EEO but they are generic disclaimer; they might be considered boilerplate but they are part of job description? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." The "PLEASE NOTE: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required." That's a generic disclaimer; could be considered boilerplate. Probably we should remove it. Also the age requirement, e-verify, drug screen, arbitration agreement, EEO statement - all legal boilerplate. Remove them. Thus we keep substantive content: reporting line, responsibilities, duties, required skills, required experience, physical activities, etc. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule info. There's mention of extra hours may be required, sometimes on weekends, weekdays, and holidays. That's schedule info? It mentions schedule flexibility, extra hours. Could be considered schedule. The posting says "This position operates under flexible parameters." Also "Disturbances of work flow and/or irregularities in work schedule are expected and occur on an intermittent basis. Extra hours may be required, sometimes on weekends, weekdays, and holidays." That's schedule info. So we could include a Schedule section with that info. Benefits: none mentioned. Pay: none mentioned. So we should not create those sections. Qualifications vs Requirements vs Skills: Overlap. We need to decide what to put where. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine similar info. Perhaps we have sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (experience, education, etc.), Skills (specific abilities), Schedule (hours). Could also include Qualifications but maybe not needed. Let's extract: About the role: The Dispatcher reports to the Regional Logistics Manager. We could combine schedule info into Responsibilities or a separate Schedule section. Since we have schedule specifics, we can make a Schedule section. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content. Now produce HTML fragment: Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide what to list as lists. For responsibilities, we can list bullet points. For requirements, maybe bullet. For skills, maybe bullet. For physical activities, maybe bullet. For schedule, maybe bullet. Let's structure:
