Responsibilities

• Cook up daily schedules based on customer needs, technician skill sets, and call priority
• Dispatch and debrief technicians throughout the day
• Keep jobs running efficiently by monitoring technician performance and productivity
• Provide timely, professional communication with customers
• Work closely with leadership to help achieve daily and monthly goals
• Be the calm, organized voice that keeps the team moving forward

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of dispatch experience, preferably in a service-based industry
• Experience dispatching field technicians
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive attitude and the ability to perform well under pressure
