About the Role: Plugz Electric is looking for a motivated and organized Dispatcher to join our growing team in Forest Lake, MN! This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you'll be the backbone of our daily operations — keeping technicians on track and customers happy. Responsibilities: Schedule and dispatch electricians to residential and commercial job sites efficientlyServe as the primary point of contact between customers and field techniciansManage and prioritize incoming service calls, work orders, and appointment requestsMonitor technician locations, job progress, and availability throughout the dayCommunicate job details, updates, and changes clearly to field crewsMaintain accurate records of dispatched calls, schedules, and customer informationCoordinate urgent or emergency service requests with speed and professionalism Requirements: Prior dispatching, scheduling, or customer service experience preferredStrong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with scheduling software, CRMs, or dispatch tools is a plusAbility to remain calm and solution-focused under pressureExperience in the trades, electrical, or home services industry is a bonusReliable, detail-oriented, and a strong team player About Us: Plugz Electric is a trusted electrical services company proudly serving the Forest Lake, MN area and surrounding communities.
