About the role

As a Dispatcher for PCL Solar Constructors USA Inc. in Longview, Texas, you’ll have the opportunity to be the logistics force behind renewable energy, coordinating the equipment that keeps solar projects running.

Responsibilities

• Arranges freight and completed documentation.
• Selects equipment, from inventory, to be sent to jobsites based on the requisition.
• Ensures maintenance and accuracy of inventory tracking.
• Responsible for pre‑job safety instruction (PSI) and auditing facility PSIs.
• Schedules equipment periodic service and recertification.
• Provides Resources with completed maintenance work orders.
• Ensures required assets and materials have annual inspections performed.
• Solicits customer feedback and initiates appropriate action.
• Develops and maintains strong customer‑focused relationships with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, or shipping/receiving.
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Ability to understand and employ the company’s specifications, methods, and procedures.
• Understands quality of service and quality of product.
• Basic understanding of construction tools, materials, and equipment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to carry up to 50 lbs. without restrictions.
