Dispatcher

About the role

Mountain Home Services is currently seeking a Dispatcher to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor daily technician schedule
• Dispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and location
• Answer incoming phone calls from customers
• Receive and record completed work orders from the field technicians
• Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments
• Handle paperwork for assigned departments and technicians
• Maintain accurate technician and customer database
• Answer general questions regarding rebates, system operations, warranties, etc. from customers

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Excellent customer interaction skills
• Minimum 2 years of dispatching and/or customer service experience, preferably in HVAC, Plumbing, or a related industry
• Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus

Pay

Competitive Compensation ($17/hr - $19/hr + bonuses)
