Dispatcher

Moore Mechanical is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team in Northwest Michigan. This role is responsible for scheduling service calls, supporting technicians in the field, and ensuring clear communication between customers, technicians, and the office.

You'll play a critical role in keeping our service department organized, helping technicians stay productive, and ensuring every customer receives timely updates throughout the day. Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate service appointments
• Coordinate technician schedules across multiple locations
• Adjust priorities and schedules throughout the day as needed
• Support technicians with scheduling and dispatch communication
• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Respond promptly to missed calls and customer messages
• Communicate scheduling updates with customers
• Maintain accurate customer information and records
• Assist with general office and clerical responsibilities
• Ensure information is organized, accurate, and up to date
• Work closely with technicians and office staff
• Help keep daily operations running efficiently
• Support a collaborative, team-focused work environment

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Basic computer and office software skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt throughout the workday
• Previous dispatch experience preferred
• Minimum age of 18 required

Pay

$18–$20/hr based on experience

Schedule

Monday–Friday, varied shifts between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
