What You'll Do You'll serve as the communication hub between customers, technicians, and leadership while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Deliver outstanding customer service during every customer interactionReceive, prioritize, and coordinate incoming service requestsSchedule and dispatch technicians using right technician/right call best practicesMonitor technician progress throughout the day and proactively adjust schedules as neededFollow up on open calls, pending tasks, and incomplete work orders to ensure completionCommunicate appointment updates promptly with customers and field personnelTrack and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentEnter accurate customer and job information into company systemsWork closely with technicians to maximize efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfactionIdentify scheduling conflicts and solve problems before they become customer issuesSupport daily operational goals by taking initiative and maintaining a strong sense of urgency What You Bring Exceptional customer service and communication skillsStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProven ability to work with a sense of urgency and adapt to changing situationsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisionsStrong follow-up skills and commitment to seeing tasks through to completionExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesPositive, team-first attitudeHigh level of professionalism, honesty, and accountabilityExperience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatching software is a plus Success in This Role Looks Like Technicians stay productive and on scheduleCustomers receive timely updates and excellent serviceTasks, callbacks, and follow-ups are completed without being promptedScheduling issues are identified and resolved quicklyNothing falls through the cracksTeam members can depend on you to take ownership and get things done USD $20.00/Hr.
