About the role

The role involves managing dispatch operations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery, and coordinating with various departments to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Cover shifts on either Friday-Monday or Sunday-Wednesday.
• Coordinate with various departments to meet customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or dispatch role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with dispatch software systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
