Responsibilities
- Manage dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritizing urgency and importance
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service or dispatch role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects

Pay
- $20.00 per hour
Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Sunday to Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
