About the role
The role involves managing dispatch operations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery, and coordinating with various departments to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage dispatch operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Cover shifts on either Friday-Monday or Sunday-Wednesday.
- Coordinate with various departments to meet customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing accurate and helpful responses.
- Ensure all vehicles are operational and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or dispatch role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with dispatch software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of local traffic patterns and road conditions.
