Dispatcher

About the role

We are seeking an organized, customer-focused HVAC Dispatcher to coordinate daily service calls and keep technicians running efficiently. The Dispatcher will serve as the key connection between customers, technicians, and the office team, ensuring appointments are scheduled accurately and service calls are handled promptly.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians based on location, skill set, availability, and urgency
• Communicate with technicians throughout the day regarding schedules, job updates, and changes
• Coordinate emergency and priority service calls
• Communicate appointment times and updates to customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Monitor technician schedules and adjust throughout the day to maximize efficiency
• Track job status, follow-ups, and completed calls in the company's service software
• Work closely with Service Managers and Customer Service Representatives to resolve scheduling issues
• Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• Previous dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or HVAC/home services experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with HVAC or home-services software such as ServiceTitan is a plus
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude

Pay

$19-$29 per hour
