Filtrex is a nationwide company searching for a Dispatcher to coordinate the daily schedules and routing of Service Technicians. This role supports efficient field operations and exceptional customer service by receiving incoming service and repair calls, gathering customer information, and ensuring requests are properly scheduled and dispatched in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules and routing of Service Technicians
• Receive incoming service and repair calls
• Gather and document customer information
• Ensure service requests are properly scheduled and dispatched in a timely manner
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Previous dispatching experience in commercial plumbing, electrical, or HVAC industries
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and professional phone demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Professional appearance
• Ability to follow operational procedures
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to function well as part of a team
• Diligent attention to detail
• Ability to type 50+ WPM
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
• Ability to learn new software
