About the Role
We’re looking for a Dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You’ll coordinate customer dispatch requests, manage driver schedules, and ensure high-level customer service while leveraging our proprietary T3 platform to streamline operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of customer service with all customers.
- Coordinate and initiate customer dispatch requests and changes with the sales team and other departments.
- Manage final dispatch responsibilities, including scheduling drivers for equipment pickups and deliveries.
- Monitor driver hours and availability to ensure timely delivery coverage.
Requirements
- Effective oral and written communication skills with internal and external partners.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, email tools, and comfort learning new technology.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of personnel within the organization.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of construction equipment and the rental industry.
- At least 1-2 years of general dispatch experience in the construction or manufacturing industry (highly desired).
- Valid driver’s license.

Pay
Salary range: $19.50–$30/hour. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay after 40 hours.
