Responsible for managing transportation dispatch operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage dispatch schedules and routes
• Communicate with clients and carriers to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience in logistics or transportation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS)
• Knowledge of local and state traffic laws
