Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Review and optimize routes for HVAC Service and Electrical Technicians
• Answer incoming phone calls from existing customers
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Enter ticket information correctly into the computer system
• Create dispatch numbers for all parts ordered
• Follow up on part orders
• Schedule appointments for part installation

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of office/customer service experience (preferred with dispatch experience)
• Professional appearance
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers
• Strong customer service attitude
• Strong computer skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn customer service management and scheduling/dispatch software
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Service Titan software (a definite plus)
• Able to plan and schedule work rather than just react
• Able to multi-task
• Able to "think on your feet" to provide customers with needed information for their specific installation or repair
• Able to work well as part of a team

Qualifications

This position requires a minimum of two years of office/customer service experience (preferred with dispatch experience). Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong customer service attitude, and strong computer skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office are essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and experience with Service Titan software is a definite plus. The ability to plan and schedule work rather than just react, multi-task, and think on your feet to provide customers with needed information for their specific installation or repair is also required.

Pay

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule

Full-time, Monday-Friday from 8 am- 5 pm. Additional hours may occasionally be available when other Dispatchers call out, such as on holidays.
