Dispatcher
Job Description
Dispatch a core group of technicians and manage a daily service schedule in an efficient and timely manner
Communicate with and update customers based on the daily service schedule
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism
Manage a large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues as they arise, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Provide information about our services
Build sustainable relationships with both customers and technicians
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of products, services, and technician skillsets to utilize when making decisions based on specific customer request/needs
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive and professional demeanor with great interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English
Bilingual is a plus, but not required
Must pass pre-employment background check
