Dispatcher

Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and friendly individual to join our dispatching team. The primary role involves working in a team environment to provide service on commercial and industrial HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and prioritize emergencies
• Customer service representative for the company
• Primary office contact for technicians
• Work closely with supervisors and technicians to schedule work
• Dispatch technicians to jobs/contracts/service calls by skill level, history of the job, and location of work

Other Functions And Responsibilities

• Create work order numbers and relay all job information to the technicians
• Issue PO’s to technicians
• Aid with the day-to-day operations of the Service Department
