Dispatcher

At Earl's Plumbing, Heating and Air, we are rapidly growing, and now have a need for another Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative.

About the Role

The CSR is responsible for receiving, coordinating, and scheduling service calls from customers, and editing those same jobs from technicians. Work involves evaluating incoming calls to determine priority of service needs, giving assistance when needed, and entering the appropriate data for dispatch. Strong verbal & computer skills are a must.
