Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of office or dispatch experience, performing administrative or customer service within an office setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong phone communication skills and people skills.
Accuracy in handling bills, quotes, and timelines.
Experience with Field Service Management systems.
QuickBooks experience.
Professionalism, reliability, and a strong personality.
Ability to handle jokes and maintain a sense of humor.

Work Environment
This role is based in an office environment, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
Job Description
You will communicate with clients, technicians, and vendors to facilitate efficient service delivery.
- Communicate with clients to set up appointments and address any concerns.
- Process payments and manage related paperwork.
- Cookordinate scheduling for preventative maintenance, service contracts, and emergency service calls.
- Engage with technicians to dispatch them for service calls and provide necessary details.
- Prepare and send quotes, order parts, and handle accounts payable for parts ordered.
- Prepare customer work for billing and manage invoicing tasks.
- Ensure accuracy in billing, quoting, and timeline management.
- Provide excellent customer service, especially when dealing with billing issues or service complaints.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
