Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls, maintenance appointments, and emergency repairs.
- Prioritize service requests based on urgency and technician availability.
- Monitor and adjust schedules to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
- Receive and respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide customers with information about service availability, estimated arrival times, and any potential delays.
Requirements
- It is preferable to have prior experience in dispatching, customer service, plumbing, service technicians, or electricians.
- 2+ years of dispatch experience.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- The capacity to function both individually and collaboratively is essential.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.

Pay
The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $20-$23 per hour plus bonuses, based on experience. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
