Dispatcher

About the role

Join a cross-functional team as a Dispatcher at Academy Bus, keeping the lines of communication open between employees and customers. This full-time position offers an opportunity for growth within the largest privately owned and operated transportation company in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Review schedules and requests
• Monitor service performance
• Coordinate with terminal leadership, customer service, and other teams to ensure safe and effective operations

Requirements

• At least 1 year of scheduling or operations experience in the bus or motor coach industry
• CDL license with passenger endorsement (required)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Proficiency in MS Outlook and Excel

Pay

Starting pay rate of $22.00 per hour, based on candidate experience level.

Schedule

• Overnight shift (required)
• Weekends as needed
