Dispatcher

About the role

Join a cross-functional team as a Dispatcher at Academy Bus, keeping the lines of communication open between employees and customers. This role offers an opportunity for growth within the largest privately owned and operated transportation company in the U.S. The position is located at our Hackensack, NJ location.

Pay

$23.00–$25.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Flexible schedule which may occasionally include some nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Review schedules and requests
• Monitor service performance
• Coordinate with terminal leadership, customer service, and other teams to ensure safe and effective operations

Requirements

• At least 1 year of scheduling or operations experience
• Proficiency in MS Outlook and Excel
• CDL with Passenger Endorsement is a plus
