About the role

Stockton Unified School District (SUSD) is a large educational institution serving students from Pre-K to 12th grade, along with adult learners. Responsibilities

• Supporting academic achievement and social-emotional development through Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS).
• Implementing rigorous curriculum aligned with district goals.
• Assisting students in achieving third-grade reading and comprehension proficiency.
• Providing high-quality first instruction to all students.
• Encouraging and preparing students for college, career, and community readiness.

Requirements

• Experience working with diverse student populations.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families.
• Knowledge of Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS).
• Passion for supporting students' academic and social-emotional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field.
• Valid teaching credential or equivalent certification.
• At least two years of relevant teaching experience.
• Experience with differentiated instruction and MTSS.
