Dispatch Operations Coordinator II

About the role

We are immediately hiring a Dispatch Coordinator, in Aurora, IL, to support our Final Mile Delivery division.

Responsibilities

• Administer pre delivery confirmations
• Monitor contractor COI's
• Provide real time route support for drivers
• Schedule deliveries
• Provide support to retail client and end user customers
• Support end of day logistics operations, and driver check in
• Accurate data logging, billing, maintaining records

Requirements

• Experience in dispatching, transportation, driver support, and/or last mile delivery is preferred

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required
• Two (2) years or more administrative and clerical support experience required

Pay, Schedule, Benefits

Pay Type: Full Time/Hourly/Paid Weekly
Pay: $19.00-$20,00/hr.
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday
Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm
