Operations Coordinator - Dispatch

About the role

Provides technical services such as disassembly, disconnect, assembly, connect, and crating of specialty household goods items like appliances, furniture, art, TVs, and heirlooms.

Offers custom commercial crating and product packaging solutions for safe transport of industrial, mechanical, technological, and fine art items.

Delivers customizable small and large-scale assembly, installation, and graphics & vinyl services to healthcare, hospitality, retail, commercial, and residential clients.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, disconnect, assemble, connect, and crate specialty household goods items.
• Develop and execute custom commercial crating and product packaging solutions.
• Provide assembly, installation, and graphics & vinyl services to various clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Packaging Design)
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in logistics, packaging, or similar field
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations for shipping and handling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
