About the role

Support Ryder Last Mile as a Dispatch Operations Coordinator in Aurora, IL. The position is hiring for two openings and involves administering pre‑delivery confirmations, monitoring contractor COIs, providing real‑time route support for drivers, scheduling deliveries, assisting retail and end‑user customers, handling end‑of‑day logistics and driver check‑in, and maintaining accurate data logging, billing, and records.
