DISP, TROUBLE ORDER

Duties

• Accepts and records all trouble calls from customers pertaining to electric service.
• Dispatches cut-in, cut-out, and trouble calls by radio and by written orders to line crews for investigation and performance of necessary work to clear up the customer difficulty.
• Advises district foreman or coordinator of emergencies or unusual trouble requiring the call-out of crews.
• Notifies and provides to supervisor of working crew all information available and pertaining to the source of difficulty and location.
