Description

• Collects and analyzes inpatient and outpatient surgery charts the day following discharge.
• Scans discharges and any loose reports into the correct medical record using the QuickChart scanning process.
• Accurately files completed charts in permanent file using terminal digit order.

Responsibilities

• Assist in department telephone calls and walk-in requests as back-up.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Knowledge of office files equipment and procedures.
• Computer skills, minimally entry level.
• Possess organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.
