About the role
Alongside other Medical Records Technicians, you will prepare, scan, index, and analyze patient charts. You will also assist with the release of information for walk-ins, telephone calls, and faxes, and manage the Fax-in Queue.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Two or more years of previous similar hospital experience
- Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) preferred
