Responsibilities

  • Receive warm transfers from Intake Agents for new SSD and VA clients.
  • Review and verify all intake information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Confirm client contact information and preferred communication methods.
  • Educate prospective clients on the next steps in the representation process.
  • Assign clients to the appropriate SSD or VA attorney based on established firm guidelines.
  • Schedule initial attorney consultations and coordinate calendar availability.
  • Ensure all required documentation, notes, and client information are properly entered into the case management system.
  • Maintain communication with clients regarding scheduled appointments and next steps.
  • Conduct follow-up outreach when necessary to secure scheduled consultations.
  • Work closely with Intake Agents, attorneys, and support staff to facilitate a smooth client handoff.
  • Monitor appointment attendance and assist with rescheduling when needed.
  • Identify and escalate any client concerns or scheduling conflicts.
  • Affirmatively assist with reporting and tracking consultation scheduling metrics and conversion opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Experience scheduling appointments and managing calendars preferred.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential client information.
  • Proficiency with case management systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prior legal intake, disability law, customer service, or call center experience preferred.
