About the role
Client Coordinators work in the front office to help check patients in and out, provide product and service information, take payments and schedule future appointments. You’ll facilitate all aspects of the Skin Pharm experience for our patients, both existing and new!
Responsibilities
- Interact with patients daily to ensure a positive experience.
- Answer phones and perform a variety of administrative tasks.
- Facilitate the re-organization of products and placement of furniture.
- Take direction and work independently while maintaining organizational and multitasking skills.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in office software for entering payment information and managing electronic patient records.
- A passion for the aesthetic industry.
- Product and service knowledge to answer questions, educate patients, and make recommendations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
