About the role
The role of Disabilities Coordinator involves providing support and accommodations to employees with disabilities, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and conducting training sessions.
Responsibilities
- Assess employee needs and provide appropriate accommodations
- Ensure compliance with ADA and other disability-related laws
- Conduct training sessions on disability awareness and accommodation options
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to implement effective support systems
- Monitor and report on progress towards accessibility goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Disability Studies, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in disability services or related field
- Knowledge of ADA and other relevant employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Qualifications

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
