DIRECTOR, WELLNESS RECOVERY CENTER- CHARLOTTESVILLE (FULL-TIME)
General Statement of Responsibilities
This is a FLSA exempt position in which the incumbent serves as Director at the Wellness Recovery Center, a Region Ten program for adults experiencing a mental health crisis. Under the direction of the Senior Director of Emergency Services & Short-Term Stabilization Services, the incumbent assists with clinical training, staffing, coordinating program services, and clinical supervision of staff and has responsibility for daily operation, to include hiring, training, and supervision of staff, support across the crisis continuum and programs within the center, ensuring compliance with all licensure and regulatory standards, and effective facility management. The incumbent reports to the Senior Director of Emergency Services & Short-Term Stabilization Services for the schedule and assignment of work duties. He/she is monitored, trained and supervised in the performance of his/her tasks by the Senior Director of Emergency Services & Short-Term Stabilization Services. He/she is expected to perform duties as specified and according to the policies of Region Ten Community Services Board, as well as those of the DBHDS. The Director is part of the Wellness Recovery Center Administrative Group, which is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program and ensuring that all aspects of the program run smoothly.
Qualifications
Education: A Master’s degree is required.
Experience: Minimum requirements include four years of clinical experience and two years of supervisory or leadership experience. Clinical and supervisory experience in crisis stabilization or other high-intensity programming preferred.
Certification/License: The incumbent must be licensed as an LCSW or an LPC. A valid Virginia Driver’s License plus an acceptable driving record as issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles are required. For business use of a personal car, a certificate of valid personal automobile insurance must be provided.

Annual Salary Range
SALARY RANGE: $77,452.14-$116,178.21
