Job Description

Responsible for planning and managing the day-to-day supply-chain function, including purchasing and materials management across the organization. Ensure the product is ordered and available as needed. Ensure that purchase orders are processed timely and delivered timely to avoid any interruption in operations or patient care.

Responsible for the supervision of staff and processes for the operations of supply-chain. Provides operational direction and oversight for warehousing and distribution as well as any other specific activities assigned by Sr. Director. Communicates back order recommendations and financial support to Senior Management and Nurse Managers. Responsible for disaster preparedness for multiple sites and provides leadership guidance regarding supply availability and distribution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or Supply-Chain required.
  • 10 years of experience in Supply-Chain required.
  • 5 years of experience in Management of staff, preferably in a multi-site acute care setting required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Supply-Chain required.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Pay

Salary Range: $ 109,414.50 - $150,442.50

Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Schedule

  • Standard Hours: Bi-Weekly 75.00
  • Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Yes
  • On Call Required: Yes
  • Scheduled Work Hours: 8-4
  • Work Arrangement: Onsite
