About the role

Directly manage the operations, goals, and objectives of the Supply Chain Operations Department, which supports direct patient care departments with materials and services. Oversee Supply Chain Operations, Shipping & Receiving, Inventory Control, Distribution, General Storeroom, Central Supply, and Mail functions. Supervise all Supply Chain Operations employees, including work assignments, disciplinary actions, hiring, payroll, education, and other HR requirements. Implement and ensure fulfillment of corporate and hospital initiatives, goals, and objectives in Supply Chain Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct the daily operations of the Supply Chain Operations Department.
  • Support direct patient care departments with necessary materials and services.
  • Oversee Shipping & Receiving, Inventory Control, Distribution, General Storeroom, Central Supply, and Mail functions.
  • Supervise Supply Chain Operations employees, including hiring, payroll, education, and disciplinary actions.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with corporate and hospital initiatives and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in business management or related education in hospital Supply Chain Operations.
  • Minimum of two years of hospital Supply Chain Operations experience or equivalent.
  • Thorough knowledge of legal Supply Chain Operations-related functions.
