Director-Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Director-Operations to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will oversee multi-site operations with a strong focus on safety, environmental stewardship, productivity, and financial performance. The leader will drive continuous improvement across facilities while strengthening operational discipline and execution. This position will also partner closely with cross-functional teams to support innovation, supply chain performance, and long-term competitiveness. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Champion safety and environmental stewardship across all facilities. Drive continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles. Optimize productivity and supply chain performance. Maintain full P&L responsibility for the business unit. Lead innovation initiatives to enhance competitive positioning. Build and develop a high-performing leadership team. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing or related industries. Strong knowledge of building materials, construction products, and manufacturing processes. Proven success in managing large-scale, multi-site operations.
