Director - Operations

About the role

We are seeking a product management leader with deep expertise in wealth management and financial services to drive digital transformation across advisor and client platforms. This role focuses on integrating technology solutions that enhance collaboration, optimize the client-advisor relationship, and deliver end-to-end experience transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial advisory technology, digital wealth/investment platforms, or digital transformation initiatives within Banking & Financial Services
• Integrate advisor and client platforms to drive collaboration and optimize the client-advisor relationship
• Drive vendor strategy and rationalization, selecting best-in-class wealth technology partners
• Lead data-driven decision-making, define and track OKRs, and drive product adoption
• Influence stakeholders, drive strategic investment decisions, and lead cross-functional teams
• Drive high-impact organizational change with exceptional communication, leadership, and execution skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in product management, wealth management, or financial services
• 7+ years of relevant experience leading and managing financial advisory technology, digital wealth/investment platforms, or digital transformation in Banking & Financial Services
• Experience integrating advisor and client platforms to drive collaboration and optimize the client-advisor relationship
• Experience in vendor strategy and rationalization, selecting best-in-class wealth technology partners
• Experience in data-driven decision-making, OKRs, and product adoption
• Ability to influence stakeholders, drive strategic investment decisions, and lead cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and execution skills to drive high-impact organizational change
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented cross-functional environment across multiple geographies

Skills

• Strong interest in wealth management products and client engagement strategies
• Good understanding of wealth management, digital engagement, and end-to-end experience transformation

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with digital platforms is a plus
• Exposure to or experience with agile development methodologies is a plus
