About the Role

Establish program structure, philosophy, and direction. Design and control budget. Design staff template and hire people, train, observe and evaluate them, then guide them to improved performance.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Minimum five years' coaching experience at all age and ability levels preferred.
• Minimum of three years in a supervisory/management role.
• Knowledge of USSA, Western Region, FWSC procedures.
• USSCA National certification or equivalent.

$85,489.17 - $90,916.88 per year
