Overview

The Director of Sales CE US is responsible for leading and executing sales strategies to achieve growth targets across assigned Fresenius portfolio. This role will drive field execution, build strong customer partnerships, and develop regional business plans aligned with national sales objectives.

Success Profile

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales
• Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing sales teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and execute complex sales programs
• Proficient in CRM tools and contract management systems
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and lead through change
• Demonstrates superior verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively communicate value proposition to decision makers
• Expert knowledge of the issues faced by customers and ability to identify root causes and develop innovative solutions to address the issues
• Expert knowledge of customer segment (e.g., issues, trends and pain points, voice of the customer) and ability to influentially discuss with senior customer contacts
