About the role
Your focus is to manage and grow relationships to exceed guest satisfaction and meet revenue goals. Overall responsibility for total group revenue strategies, implementation, and results.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, select, orient, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline pack members
- Communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, appraise, and review job contributions
- Plan, implement, and evaluate field sales action plans
- Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits
- Represent the lodge in resolving complaints from groups and group attendees
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Sales, Communications, Marketing, Business, or Hotel Management
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales, event planning, and/or catering
- Minimum 3 years supervisory/leadership experience in hospitality field
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
