Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing environments with direct accountability for revenue growth and pipeline performance.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Demonstrated success designing and scaling demand generation programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong expertise in revenue operations, marketing analytics, attribution modeling, funnel optimization, and performance measurement.
- Proven experience implementing AI-powered marketing technologies and automation platforms to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Experience supporting both direct sales organizations and partner/channel ecosystems.
- Background in SaaS, FinTech, Payments, Technology, IT Services, Cybersecurity, Telecommunications, or other complex B2B industries is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, customer intelligence solutions, and modern go-to-market technology stacks.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and a hands-on approach to execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
