Job Summary

Compass Group, the world’s leading food and facilities services company, is looking for a Regional Sales Director – Facilities Management, who will report into the Vice President of Sales. In this role you will be responsible for growing Compass Group’s facilities management portfolio across the United States and directing sales activities within your assigned territory. This is an individual contributor role, but it’s also a job for a team player who is passionate about Compass Group’s unique approach to integrated facilities management. Ideal candidate will have a track record of national IFM sales success and be based in a major metro within the US.

What You’ll Do

  • Aggressively drive new business revenue that ensures strong profitability
  • Build strong relationships over a long-term selling cycle
  • Identify and utilize support resources to ensure success
  • Consistently exceed sales quotas
  • Communicate effectively across organizational leadership and operating colleagues
  • Assist the operating team in client retention and in transitioning new services

Who You'll Be

  • Experienced selling large volume, complex integrated facilities management contracts
  • A strong track record in consistently exceeding sales quotas and targets
  • An excellent communicator and collaborator with the ability to represent the organization at a variety of events
  • Experienced at interacting with senior executives and selling at the “C” level
  • A relationship builder with high energy and a positive attitude
  • A strategic thinker with a logical approach, who is able to prioritize multiple projects and changing demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Prepared to travel extensively throughout the United States
  • A team player who wants to contribute to the success of a top-caliber organization
  • Ideal candidate will have track record of national IFM sales success and be based in a major metro within the US
