Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a Regional Sales Director who can generate new business, meet or exceed revenue targets, and support our sales representatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Motivate and advise sales representatives to improve performance
  • Create and execute comprehensive strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage sales representatives
  • Manage resources to ensure sales and financial objectives are met
  • Develop relationships with key internal/external customers
  • Create and execute effective strategies to develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Develop value-added solutions that meet customer business needs

About The Role

The Regional Sales Director is responsible for:

  • Achieving quota through the sales team
  • Anticipating and aligning priorities, strategies, and tactics
  • Managing resources to ensure sales and financial objectives are met
  • Leveraging knowledge of competitive advantage and profit drivers
  • Developing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
  • Creating value-added solutions that meet customer business needs

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of demonstrated successful medical sales experience required
  • At least 3 years Sales Management of direct or independent sales representative experience required
  • Ability to travel 75% of time within defined territory
