Director, Regional Marketing Analytics

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing analytics strategy and optimization efforts
• Own performance measurement across digital and offline marketing channels
• Develop frameworks for measuring marketing impact and optimizing spend
• Drive customer lifecycle analytics and performance measurement initiatives
• Build advanced dashboards and insights to track key performance metrics
• Translate complex data analyses into actionable executive recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to embed analytics in planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; master's or MBA preferred
• 10-12+ years in marketing analytics or related fields, with 3-5+ years in leadership roles
• Expertise in performance analytics and evaluating marketing channels
• Advanced knowledge of marketing attribution and ROI measurement frameworks
• Strong proficiency in SQL and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI; knowledge of Python/R preferred
• Experience in high-scale B2C environments such as fintech or e-commerce
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Pay

$275,000 – $315,000 annually
