About the role
Manages a team including managers, senior professionals, and support staff. Executes strategies to achieve functional objectives and deliver desired results. Develops departmental plans prioritizing business/network/agency needs and allocates resources effectively in alignment with functional goals. Oversees resource management to ensure optimal utilization of time, skills, and budgets for meeting performance targets. Implements and optimizes advertising campaigns across various channels and platforms. Ensures campaign goals, budgets, creative assets, and measurement criteria are aligned to deliver on campaign objectives. Receives, consolidates, implements, and validates advertising placement via an activation blueprint, adhering to brand safety guidelines. Manages campaign reporting, measurement, and optimization activities for effective campaign performance. Ensures accurate billing of agencies and clients for media placements, resolves discrepancies, processes payments, manages financial records, and acts as a liaison between media vendors and internal teams, ensuring financial and contractual compliance.
