Overview
The Director, Programmatic role at Digital Matter is responsible for overseeing the strategic implementation and optimization of programmatic advertising initiatives. This position requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and a proven track record in managing large-scale advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive programmatic advertising strategies that align with business goals and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, media, and sales to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze programmatic performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Stay updated with industry developments and best practices in programmatic advertising.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in programmatic advertising, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of professionals.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data-driven decision-making tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across departments.
- Experience with programmatic platforms such as Google Ad Manager, Rubicon Project, and others.
